Therapy is about feeling understood-and finding new ways forward

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You might be unsure of what to expect, or wondering if talking to someone will really help. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and not alone in what you’re facing.

Together, we’ll work on practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, build resilience, and move toward the life you want.

Who I work with:

I work with adults and teens across Florida, Virginia, and Arizona who are dealing with challenges like:

Whether you need support through a difficult season, or you’re looking to grow into the true self you are meant to be, therapy can help.

My approach:

Every person is unique, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from evidence-based methods while keeping sessions collaborative and client-led. You’ll find that I balance compassion with practical tools — so we can work toward both immediate relief and long-term growth.

I don’t practice the old-school type of “mm hmm” therapy where you talk and talk and feel judged by someone who’s sitting expressionless and evaluating your every word. Therapy is a relationship that allows you enough safety to examine the toughest stuff. I believe we have to trust, care, and even laugh sometimes in order to get there.

A little about me:

I’m a licensed therapist with training in the most updated, evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, and trauma. I always wanted to be a therapist, so I feel very thankful to be living out my true purpose. One of the things I love most about this work is seeing the power of human resilience, even in the face of hard times. I have extensive experience working with military affiliated people, and it’s a group I hold close to my heart.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors, traveling with my family, trying new recipes, and drinking as many cups of coffee as my belly will allow.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for change, therapy can give you the support and clarity you need.
